All offerings are rooted in a regulation-first, body-based approach. Sessions are invitational, paced, and designed to support safety, presence, and integration — not intensity or performance.

One-on-One Breathwork Sessions

Private, individualized sessions tailored to your nervous system

These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied awareness in a contained, respectful setting.

Each session includes:

  • time to orient and check in

  • guided breathwork adapted to your capacity

  • space for integration and reflection

Sessions move at the pace your body sets. You remain in control of your experience throughout.

This offering is especially supportive if you:

  • feel chronically tense or “on”

  • live mostly in your head

  • want personalized, quiet support

  • prefer privacy and depth

Session length: 60–75 minutes
Format: In-person / virtual (as applicable)

Small Group Breathwork Sessions

Shared presence without pressure

Small group sessions offer the experience of breathing together in a grounded, contained environment — without performance, sharing requirements, or comparison.

Group work can be supportive for those who:

  • want connection without spotlight

  • benefit from shared regulation

  • feel safer knowing others are present

You are always welcome to participate at your own level. Observation is allowed. Choice is respected.

Session length: 60–75 minutes
Group size: Intentionally limited
