One-on-One Breathwork Sessions
Private, individualized sessions tailored to your nervous system
These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied awareness in a contained, respectful setting.
Each session includes:
time to orient and check in
guided breathwork adapted to your capacity
space for integration and reflection
Sessions move at the pace your body sets. You remain in control of your experience throughout.
This offering is especially supportive if you:
feel chronically tense or “on”
live mostly in your head
want personalized, quiet support
prefer privacy and depth
Session length: 60–75 minutes
Format: In-person / virtual (as applicable)
Small Group Breathwork Sessions
Shared presence without pressure
Small group sessions offer the experience of breathing together in a grounded, contained environment — without performance, sharing requirements, or comparison.
Group work can be supportive for those who:
want connection without spotlight
benefit from shared regulation
feel safer knowing others are present
You are always welcome to participate at your own level. Observation is allowed. Choice is respected.
Session length: 60–75 minutes
Group size: Intentionally limited
